5/5

I would like to commend AutoVision on their exceptional efficiency and smooth appointment process for their "control techniques" service. From the moment customers arrive, they are warmly greeted, setting a welcoming tone for their visit. This is a crucial aspect of creating a positive customer experience. The provision of coffee and comfortable sofas for customers while they wait adds a touch of hospitality to the service. It not only ensures that customers are comfortable but also allows them to make the most of their time, either by sipping coffee or browsing through the available magazines. This attention to detail in customer care greatly enhances the overall experience at AutoVision. It reflects their commitment to making the process as pleasant and convenient as possible for their valued clients.

5/5

I've been here several times and have had only positive experiences. It is less busy here than the location in Ornex, there is more flexibility in scheduling, staff are very friendly and helpful. They have never been late nor have their been any unexpected complications. It takes me a little longer to drive out there but I don't mind given the high quality of services.
