Last classes next week before my annual trip for my month of practice (and so for your practice  as well 😊).

Allow yourself to see the beauty which is in you and all around you.

Soon I will start a journey by video for trying to better understand what is yoga and, as the word “yoga” is lately used for everything, for deeply learning what it is without the fashion phenomenons that, for me, are not yoga at all.
