Group Yoga classes

For beginners or advanced practitioners, I offer group classes with a minimum of 3 people either at your home or outdoors.

You can create your own small group with people you know or join an existing group and practice together with the same goals, with the advantage of a semi-private lesson.

In this spirit, I offer the following classes:

  • Beginner's course in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
  • Mysore class
  • Hatha Yoga class

Practice Advice

  • Leave your shoes outside the room; practice is always done barefoot.
  • Inform the teacher immediately of any previous injuries or accidents. The advice they can give you is fundamental for a correct practice, but always keep in mind that no one knows your body better than you do.
  • Practice on an empty stomach (wait at least 2 and a half to 3 hours after meals) and if possible with your bladder and bowels emptied.
  • Do not drink during the practice, and it is advisable to wait half an hour after the end of the session to drink.
  • Bring a small towel with you.
  • Wear comfortable clothing, preferably form-fitting.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a sequence of postures (asanas in Sanskrit).

Unlike a gymnastics sequence, postures must be maintained long enough: about 1/2 minutes per posture.
It is associated with breath control (pranayama) and concentration.
